I wasn't sure how quick I would get used to these, and thought I would have to carry extra shoes for my gig setup and carrying my gear, but in just a couple of days, I was forgetting I had them on. I even did a quick jog back and forth to the soundboard with no loss of balance or awkwardness.
The medium size is not quite as tight as I would like, and I'm about a 10 1/2 to 11, and the tops are a little big for my legs. I don't think I would want to try small. They are made with a very soft material and they do scuff easy. Mine are already scuffed to hell, but polish helps.
They were perfect for me to figure out whether they work for me, and they do. Now I can invest in a higher quality pair... maybe even higher platforms.
